1.     Why should financial professionals use a recruiter rather than try to find a job on their own by sending out resumes or answering help-wanted ads?

Yvan:  “Recruiters are able to assist and guide advisors from providing feedback on their resumes to coaching them through the unique processes and cultures of the organizations they seek employment with.”

2.   What are the costs to the financial professionals of working with you -- and if there are none, are   you conflicted by getting paid by the employer?

Yvan:  “Currently ZERO fees to the financial professionals and no conflict with employer.”

3.   What are some of the unique services that you and your company offer?

Yvan:  “We are able to share opportunities with the job seeker that they may not be aware of. Especially if they are seeking opportunities in different parts of the country.  We are also able to connect and recommend additional resources that may be beneficial to a job search.”

4.   What are some of the most common mistakes folks make during the hiring process?

Yvan:  “Candidates may not always ask the right questions during the interview process thus accepting a role that is not the best fit for them.”

5.   What are some of the most common mistakes employers make when seeking out staffing?

Yvan:  “Relying too much on their automated processes can be a hinderance to finding a good candidate match as well as relying too much on word of mouth to attract interest.”

6.   What is your forecast of the 2024 employment scene for financial professionals?

Yvan:  “I anticipate high deal activity come the first of the year.  Organizations will be seeking advisors at a high rate.”
