FPC is asking you for a donation (contribution), in any amount, to help fund this cause for us all.
One thing is certain, in this industry, as careful and honest as you can be, you never know when you’re going to be the subject of a customer complaint or other legal action that may or may not be covered by your Errors and Omissions (“E&O”) insurance. Right or wrong, you will still have to defend yourself and finding an attorney that can, on your behalf, answer the complaint or help with an expungement that can be a nightmare. Hold that thought for a moment.
At some point in your career, you may find it necessary to change your Broker/Dealer or RIA affiliation. Finding an adept recruiter can also be a daunting task. Or you may need a Securities Industry Licensing trainer, or an expert witness, or a Web Designer…
Out of this need, the Financial Professionals Coalition was born.
Creating the Coalition and its operation has been self-funded. There have been no fees charged for membership or providing referrals to the appropriate Founders. Proven successes have shown that the Coalition’s concept works. Now we need to bolster our membership to become a real voice in the industry.
We are about to embark on a marketing campaign to increase Coalition membership to the point of “critical mass” so we can address FINRA issues head-on and become your force in the industry. We need your help.
NOTE: There are no salaries. However, there are fees for web development, design, presence and maintenance, email contact list for blast emails, and other costs attendant to the Coalitions Drive for Critical Mass.
